With the fast development of social economy, culture and technology, more and more females are willing to join in the work, especially the female intellectuals. The female intellectuals play a more and more important role in the occupational social work and become a consistent source of competitive advantage for the enterprise’s long-term development. However, under the Chinese traditional culture, females have to take the most or all of the family responsibilities, which contradicts their willings that they want to succeed in the social work. Therefore, the female employees have to suffer the serious conflict between work and family.Work and family conflict immediately caught the eyes of scholars worldwidely when put forward. A great deal of them pays attention to the negative outcome of work and family conflict. The relevant studies have shown that the conflict can bring employees some negative influences, for example, it can make them in trouble of job turnout, feel lower job satisfaction, let them give up their job and other consequences. Among them, the researches about job satisfaction are the largest. Through reviewing the literatures worldwide, we find that there is no agreed conclusion about the relationship between the two variables.This paper takes female intellectuals as research object. Based on the study of the relationship between work family conflict and job satisfaction, this study brings perceived organizational support(POS) as the moderator. This paper tried to analyze the moderating effect of the POS on the relationship between the two variables. Through the data analysis of 175 female intellectuals employees based on SPSS17.0, the following conclusions are made.Firstly, the marital status and job level have a significant difference in work-family conflict while in other aspects there was no significant difference.Secondly, the work family conflict has a significant negative correlation with job satisfaction.Finally, Perceived organization support(POS) plays a moderating role between the relationship of work family conflict(WFC) and job satisfaction.
