Research And Application Of Conflict Resolution Methods For Multi-project Management Resources In Strategy Implementation

Limited resources in companies and a lot of unscientific factors in resourcecoordination and scheduling, there are many resource conflicts in the process ofmulti-project management for the implementation of the strategy. It is considered to be akey to the success of the implementation of the strategy that the company is able tohandle the conflict of these resources. Researchers have done a lot of research aroundthe implementation of the strategy for multi-project management resources conflictresolution issues, this dissertation has done a further study on the basis of previousresearch on this issue.The main contents of this paper are as follows：Firstly, conducts a study of Multi-project resource conflict resolution related to thetheory of the implementation of the strategy, on this basis, also conducts an overallstudy of resource conflict resolution strategies, working models, key technologies.Firstly, analyzes the current situation of resource conflicts in the process ofmulti-project management for strategy implementation, and then discuss the researchpurpose, expounds the main research contents;Secondly, analyzes the root of resource conflicts for multi-project management instrategy implementation, and then do a study about resources conflict resolutionmechanisms&methods, and finally build a processing model.Then，do a study about the resources conflict resolution in strategy implementationto build a resource conflict resolution working model, and then have a research aboutthe key technology of resource conflict resolution for the multi-project management instrategy implementation.Finally, made an Empirical Study on conflict resolution of A Company, forexample, prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the conflict resolution theory andtechnology that proposed.
