Lean production as a stage world’s most advanced management and productiontechnology is widely used worldwide, our study of this project, also achieved somesuccess, some results in a leading position in the international arena. Lean productionis to improve the company’s market share effective means, the main content is toreduce inefficiencies through continuous practical work to improve efficiency, therebyimproving the quality of the product to achieve the company’s most importantefficiency gains.Company B is the production of low-voltage switches and industrial machinecontrol components of the foreign company, set up production bases in China in2005.The face of today’s more variety, small batch, short delivery demand, B Company haslong been extensive production management, market competition has becomeincreasingly unable to meet demand. Through the introduction of lean productionmanagement, the company’s success to get rid of the current production status, improvethe enterprise management capabilities.In this paper, through the background and significance of research for thecompany to analyze the status of proposed enterprises, the need to implement leanmanufacturing. The concept of lean production and development of the productionprocess of discussion, mainly through domestic and international research literature thediscussion, further defined the concept of lean production methods and definitions, theuse of lean manufacturing principles and applications of methods, with B Companysector organizations of their own structural characteristics of the waste situation andother problems put forward their own suggestions and comments. The author of B Company at this stage in the production process to analyze the problems, the integrateduse of lean production methods to help companies improve the management level, toachieve the ultimate corporate profit goals. In this paper, through the study to theprinciple of production on-site5S, on-site logistics processes, in-process inventory, etc.are given suggestions for improvement, but also with changes in market demand andchanges in corporate technological strength, constantly continuing to give timely ofimprovements, and ultimately for the company to expand the industrial scale, andmake some contribution to improving economic efficiency.
