At present,The Xinjiang minority nationality migrant workers asa portrait special group of inside and outside the city, distributied in every field,riched urban and rural economy, made a significant contribution for the constructionof the city.Obtain a job is the first goal of the minority workers who into the city, also is animportant prerequisite for survival, but with a dream of minority migrant workerscame to the city to find employment is not so easy thing, they on the employmentroad suffered a variety of unfair treatment, many employment rights are could notequal enjoy, the road of the employment is difficult and bumpy, and other types ofpeople in the city easy to find a job than the employment of in a vulnerable position.this situation would not only increase the urban employment pressure, and will alsoexacerbate the threat to social stability.Minority migrant workers are a special group as well as faced by the socialproblems both migrant workrs and inseparable of china’s ethnic problems.andalso,when we deal this issue,it is necessary to take into accont their migrantworker,s statue,but also take into accont their specificity as minority of specialplaces.low quality,poor stability of vulnerable position that he is unlikely to changeby alone,which also need to get through the leading role of government policysupport. So the study of the vulnerable position of minority employment migrantworkers of the city and improvement mechanism has a great significance, and this isnot only a economic problems and is a social problem.In this paper，based on the case of the Urumqi Tianshan area Heijiashan,Saymachang,Erdaoqiao and Dawan Yan an area as an example, the selection is based onthe consideration on the sitatistic of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in2011year, main is generally reflected the employment disadvantaged situation andexisting problems of minority migrant workers in urumqi city, and puts forwardsome feasible improvement mechanism.
