Xinjiang is rich in folklore tourism resources, and folklore home visiting is one of the mostpopular sites. Uigur is one of the thirteen major nationalities in Xinjiang, people are interested inUigur’s culture, and the aim of people who traveling to Xinjiang, is know and experience theUigur’s culture. However, managers and operators give little attention or respect to visitors’experience needs and quality, the structural unbalance of supply and demand in tourist market isbecoming more and more serious. Accordingly, it is important to raise the tourist satisfaction.In this paper, integrate the theory of tourism experience with tourist satisfaction, and on thebasis of the data collected by the satisfaction questionnaire about tourists who visit the Uigurhome in Turpan grape valley. Most people never did experience of participating in the Uigurhome visiting before. Most of them knew information and organized by travel agents and tourguides too. The motivation of visitors came here is for an in-depth insight into Uigur’s culture.Visitors are more concerned about the experience in activities, especially distinctive aspect withother tourist activities.Using factor analysis to build the tourist satisfaction model. Then the elements of touristexperience were gotten: core attraction experience, service experience, infrastructure experience,environmental experience. The Paired-Sample T Test has been applied to analyze the difference intourist expectation and satisfaction; we got the conclusion that tourists’ satisfaction is generallypoorer than their expectation on every element. The Particularly in factors like, clean and sanitaryenvironments, reasonable price, genuine goods, reflect the genuine lives of local ethnic minorities,and richness experience. According to the results of IPA analysis, clean and sanitary environments,reflect the genuine lives of local ethnic minorities, richness experience and participatoryexperience are held in high regard by tourists, tourists satisfaction is generally poorer than theirexpectation on every element, but still within the pale of tourists’ zone of tolerance. The tourismcomponents have significant relationship with the tourist satisfaction, revisit, recommend.The key of increase the satisfaction is demand of tourists. Improving the quality ofexperience by increasing rich and participatory experience in the activities, create a vivid andcomfortable environment of experience. Therefore, the effective measures is that the governmentis concerned about the development of home visiting, improving experience environment,expanding the propaganda and marketing channel, developing new folk travel experiencesactivity which have experience and participatory, to increase the new profit and added values.
