With growing consumer awareness of environmental protection and related laws andregulations were introduced, companies are forced to take on more responsibility for returnedproducts, and returned logistics is also from behind the front, and attract more attention fromGovernments and companies. The implementation of returned logistics has become a strategiccompetitive advantage for enterprises in the market. However, due to returned logistics has the uncertainty in the time, distributed on thespace, and the ambiguity on the quality characteristics, the traditional business managementconcepts, models and competitive strategies in the implementation of returned logisticspractice has become more lags behind the dynamic competitive environment. Although thesupply chain, strategic alliances and other traditional modes of cooperation can reducepartners’ search costs and transaction costs to a certain extent, they are still poor flexibility ofsupply and demand, high-risk of interruption, and can not meet the diversity of needs. First, the traditional strategic partnership emphasises on contract-centric, easy to idle and waste ofresources. Second, partners in order to maximize their own interests often make all kinds ofspeculation,"free rider" phenomenon not uncommon, low levels of inter-firm cooperation.Again, due to the uncertainty of returned logistics, the collaborative decision-making on thebest moment may no longer be optimal in the next moment. The traditional cooperative modelis clearly unable to meet the dynamic needs of returned logistics. In order to play all advantages, and enhance the level of returned logistics performance, and eliminate the evils of the traditional partnership model, based on the concept of SDN,This paper studies the dynamic selection of returned logistics for SDN, and presents atask-oriented dynamic cooperation model between enterprises. First, given the significance ofresearch projects, research status, research ideas and research methods, main contents andpossible innovations, etc., based on the SDN business, returned logistics, returned logisticspartner and dynamic selection important concept were defined, and SDN, returned logistics, and Multi-Agent related theories are introduced, the subject of further study for the theoreticalbasis. Second, combinating of third-party reverse logistics provider selection index system ofinternational research literature, and considering the logistics of the returned logisticscharacteristics and the dynamics of partner selection characteristics, these paper designs of anew returned logistics partner evaluation index system from four aspects: returned logisticscapabilities, returned equipment and technology status, returned logistics service level andcorporate image. By analyzing the dynamic selection process of returned logistics’ partner, based on Multi-agent theory, defined the attributes and functions of intelligent agents, andestablished the dynamic selection of returned logistics’ partners for SDN enterprises. Finally, the paper verifies the validity and usefulness of the model with AnyLogic Simulationplatform.Through the research above, the paper verified the evaluation index system establishedand simulation model with a strong practical. Based on actual needs, company can releaseinformation, and find the right partner to ensure the business combination to complete supplyand demand events is the best. As a result, improve the efficiency of returned logisticsmanagement, reduce operating costs, and ultimately improve the companies’ initiative toparticipate returned logistics activities.
