China is an export-oriented country, and the performance of the internationalenterprises directly influences the development of the national economy. AlthoughChina’s international enterprises have achieved fast development since the reformand opening-up, it’s undeniable that there are dozens of obstacles China’sinternational enterprises face, so it seems to be necessary to take on someresearches on China’s international enterprises to locate the thorns and enhancetheir development.Firstly, this paper presents the research background, meaning, content andmeans, which sets the tone for the whole paper; secondly, this paper discusses thestatus quo of the research on technical efficiency by scholars throughout the worldfrom the perspective of industry efficiency and effect factors, and concludes theindustry and effective effect factors available that this paper will focus on; thirdly,the difficulties enterprises meet and status of these enterprises in the internationaldivision of labor market are mentioned; fourly, based on the data of the China’slisted international enterprises and SFA model, the technical efficiency and effectfactors of China’s international industry are studied; lastly, the conclusion andsome fantastic suggestions are made.As is indicated in the result, the technical efficiency of China’s foreign tradeenterprises is OK. Besides, trade scale pose a negative impact on the efficiency;payment of the manager, ownership structure do a positive impact; LEV, type ofshareholders, and agency cost have nothing to do with the technical efficiency; theimpact of age of the enterprise on the technical efficiency of China’s foreign tradeenterprises is not sure.
