Construction Of Evaluation System In Low-Carbon Competitiveness Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises And Research Of The Path Of Low-Carbon Development

At present, low-carbon economy has become the tide and trend of the worldeconomy, carbon emissions, carbon trading, carbon label and some other new wordscome into the line of sight of people. If the products want to bring aboutinternationalization, they must conform to the low-carbon standards. Internal demandssuch as Energy security, environmental protection and sustainable development alsomake our country enterprises transform to low-carbon economy. Now, the questions are:need small and medium-sized enterprises transform to low-carbon economy, whatapproaches they have? When small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs for short)have realized transformation, how can we evaluate them and what are the standards?Scholars at home and abroad have done some research on country’s low-carboncompetitiveness and industry’s low-carbon competitiveness, but there is a little researchon the view of company. This paper makes the SMEs’ low-carbon competitiveness asstudy object, committing to provide theoretical support for cultivation and promotion ofSMEs’ low-carbon competitiveness, and helping SMEs transform to low-carbonsuccessfully.The paper is divided into three parts: the first part is theoretical basis, the maincontent are summary of the theory on enterprise competitiveness, low-carbonknowledge analysis, and summing up the successful experience of foreign countries anddomestic model on cultivation and promotion of low-carbon competitiveness；thesecond part is the core of this paper, it expounds the meaning of SMEs low-carboncompetitiveness and the necessity of cultivating SMEs’ low-carbon competitiveness,analysis on system configuration and essential factor and limiting factors；the last partare suggestions for SMEs’ low-carbon development, it sums up the present situation oflow-carbon competitiveness of enterprises firstly, then puts forward the paths of SMEs’low-carbon development and needs pay more attention to the questions that appearingin this process，finally, it is the summary and prospect of the full text of this paper.
