At present how to solve TheThree Rural Issues is not only becoming the all-round construction of the well-offsociety and the key to achieve modernization, but also important content to thebuilding a harmonious society and social stability.these problems are need to besolved such as How to make full use of xinjiang’s unique advantages in natalresources, the advantages of crops, markets, location advantages, optimize theadjustment of agricultural structure, promote the steady growth of farmers’ income,to achieve the sustainable development of agriculture and the economy as a whole,to create a stable and harmonious society. The development of domestic andforeign agricultural practice proved that industrialization of agriculture is inevitablechoice for to improve the efficiency of agricultural production and expansion ofthe agricultural.Xinjiang has a unique natural environment and bio-planting resources andenvironment, so we promote the development of the agricultural industrialization inthe respect of characteristic agriculture. Discussion on the characteristic agricultureadvantage to start from the concept of characteristic agriculture and the featuresanalysis of Xinjiang characteristic agricultural industrialization, natural resources,demographic location and market advantages.
