Technology development and regional competition increase the importance of knowledge resources within the enterprise, knowledge workers are carriers of knowledge. The enterprises should be long-term development, engagement is a key and important factor. Since the reform and opening up of private enterprise can flourish, but the knowledge employee engagement in these companies are generally not high, turn over serious. Therefore, in orde to long-term tarry talent understanding and mastering the affecting factors of knowledge employee engagement in private enterprises is an effective way to developer and leap again.The engagement of private enterprise knowledge workers is to explore the recognition degree and commitment of knowledge workers when they combined themselves with the job role in the work. According to independent knowledge workers, strong liquidity and a strong need for achievement, from differenht directions of engagement perspective such as internal and external integration, organizational climate, psychological capital, work values and fit to discuss the private engagement problem. Combining with the loss of knowledge workers of private enterprises to analyze the main effects of private enterprise knowledge woker engagement are company to support, job matching, job stress, organizational climate, culture and interpersonal communication. Qualitative analysis from three dimensions of the company, work and staff discuss the employee engagement, result that private enterprise knowledge workers engagement to work is the highest level and to the company is lowest level. And also by correlation analysis and factor analysis obtain the main factors of private enterprise knowledge workers engagement,the results consistent with the qualitative analysis. The conclusion of the six main factors significantly affect private enterprise knowledge worker engagement, and the correlation between the factors is not significant, salary is not divided into the main impact factor. Finally based on the conclusions in the analysis the trust of private we recommendate startegy which contain shaping the enterprise culture, selecting and hiring good managers, establishing the working mechanism of manual-work match, reducing the work pressure of private enterprise, forming a good career planning and fostering good professional atmosphere and strengthening the two-way communication in the private enterprise.This article is from a specific enterprise type and specific type of employees to research engagement factor, developing thought of the engagement, providing a feasible and effective countermeasures for knowledge worker management practices.
