With the information, production technology unceasing development and theconstant improvement of the management level, the production model of enterprisehas been transformed from Push Production to Pull Production, and how to meet themarket demand changing at every moment and personalized customer requirementhas become the key to the enterprise competition. More and more firms have realizedthe fact that the future market competition is not a single competition amongenterprises, but the competition among supply chains in which enterprises are. At thesame time, uncertain demand and supply cause troubles to enterprises, so Upstreamand Downstream firms should unite in order to make the supply chain cost lowestthrough seeking optimal strategies.Ordering and producing require a large of founds, and the speed of response timewill have an influence on the Capital turnover rate, so at the same time of consideringsupply chain, enterprises should focus on Time cost and Capital turnover rate.Firstly, with comprehensive consideration of the supply chain collaboration costand time cost, collaborative model with an emergency order of a single supplier isbuilt under the unknown conditions of supply and market demand, if the suppliercan’t satisfy the manufacture’s demand of raw materials, manufacture take theemergency order strategy, the cost of which relate to emergency response time. Thenthe optimal number of ordering and the optimal time of emergency ordering need becalculated. Secondly, based on the above result, the model need to be furtheroptimized. Another collaborative model with many suppliers needs to be built inorder to reduce uncertain risk, and to make out the enterprise optimal strategy forordering.With the theoretical models, there is an example analysis through simulation, atthe same time, the weight of time cost is needed to be analyzed about sensitivity so asto study the characteristics of enterprises changing strategies under the differentweights. The total cost of supply chain is reduced by11.49%with the collaborative model with a single supplier; the comprehensive cost is reduced by7.58%after beingcollaborated. Based on the above result, the total cost of supply chain is reduced by1.74%with the collaborative model with many suppliers; the comprehensive cost isreduced by1.97%. All of above results have proved the effectiveness and thepracticability of the collaborative models for enterprises.
