Employer brand, as an intangible asset, has become the most important source ofenterprises’ competitive advantage, and the most significant driver of businesssuccess. Excellent employer brand could give the employees good employment experience, improve their satisfaction and job performance, and increase the combat effectiveness ofenterprises, which enables enterprises to gain competitive advantage in today’s fiercemarket competition.Based on the perspective of employer’s internal brand, this paper primarily researches intothe impact of employees’ employment experience on employee performance. The seven dimensionscan be further grouped into three levels of experience: the level of individual employees, ofwork team, and of business entirety. And then, through formal questionnaire survey, this paper obtains a formal research sampledata (recycling a total of230valid questionnaires), and makes use of the SPSS19.0andAMOS17.0software to process and analyze the data. During the analysis process, firstly, based on the previous study, this paper constructs structural equation modeling; secondly, itdeals with the fitting analysis of the model, to explore the path of the causal role among therelevant variables; thirdly, it tests the hypotheses in the earlier stage of this article. Throughempirical research, this paper mainly obtains the following conclusions:(1)Compared with general businesses, employees in corporates with excellentemployer brand have good employment experience, and they have a higher level ofperformance;(2)The employment experience has a significant positive impact on employeeperformance, task performance, and contextual performance;(3)Eachdimension ofemployment experience of has a difference inthe significanceof its impact on employees’ task performance and contextual performance;(4)Contextualperformance has a significant positive impact on task performance.Lastly, combining the successful experience of some excellent employers, a fewcountermeasures are put forward, which are expected to play a positive guiding role in improving the influence of the employer brand for the enterprises, and giving theemployees good employment experience.
