With the development of world economic, producer service has become the pillar industry inmany developed countries in the west. In recent years, Guangdong has made a spurt of progressof development in producer service, but there still has a gap compared with developed countries.In various factors influence the development of Guangdong producer service, the play ofmanpower capital action gets more and more attention, especially the lack of high-end talent hasbecome an important reason restricts the development of Guangdong producer service. Therefore,a study on the interactive relationship between Guangdong producer service and manpowercapital has the theoretical and realistic significance.On the basis of the theory of human capital and the characteristics of producer service, this paperfirst analysis the interaction mechanism between human capital and productive service. Thehuman capital mainly through innovative mechanisms and flow mechanism to influence thedevelopment of producer services industries, and producer services mainly through outsourcingmechanism, agglomeration mechanism and incentive mechanism influence the human capitallevel. Using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method analysis the relationshipbetween Guangdong Province production service industry and manpower capital on the presentsituation. Use the grey relation analysis method and cointegration analysis based on the VARmodel; finally in the theory research and the empirical analysis give the relevant policyrecommendations.Through theoretical and empirical research, this paper concludes: there has a closely relatedbetween producer service and human capital in Guangdong. Especially the industryconcentration of producer service has a positive effect to enhance the level of human capital, butthe role of human capital to promote productive service output increased is limited. Wherein,professional human capital raise1%can promote the productive service industry output valueincreased by17.59%, and the flow of human capital and general human capital contributiondegree is not high, but in the short term professional human capital has a positive influence,and general human capital and the flow of human capital have the reverse effect So it is need tobased on the existing advantage to further play the role of human capital.
