The Evaluation Study On The Intensive Use Of City Construction Land

Presently, urbanization in our country develops rapidly,and the economical andintensive utilization of the construction land has become one of the important methods andmeasures to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand. The final purpose ofintensive land use is to make the land have a more reasonable use,to reduce the occupationof the agricultural land as a result of economic development, especially to protect thearable land and ecological security. On December12,2009, the state council formallyapproved "Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone Planning", and this has marked theformal rise to national strategy of the construction of Poyang lake ecological economiczone.Following this approval, Fuzhou city, a part of the ecological economic zone,, haswelcomed the opportunity of rapid development. For the past years, Fuzhou city haswitnessed the further speeding up of urbanization process, the rapid growth of theconstruction land use,and the increasingly apparent extensive use of land. In order torealize the comprehensive evaluation of the intensive potential of the construction land useof central city, based on the understanding of the intensive potential construction land useand the actual situation of Fuzhou city,this thesis has constructed nine evaluation indexes,and by the principal component analysis and expert evaluation method, this thesis is goingto evaluate the weight of each index, and accordingly to carry out the conclusionconcerning the construction land intensive use potential of Fuzhou downtown:the intensiveuse potential, especially per capita potential of urban construction land is great, but thelevel of construction land intensive use is comparatively low. Furthermore, the thesiswould conduct the analysis based on the theoretical and actual potentials of different typesof land under the main construction land intensive control standard.On account of the evaluation conclusion and potential analysis of Fuzhou city forurban construction land intensive use potential, this thesis is going to pose differentsuggestions from five aspects to promote the economical and intensive utilization of urbanconstruction land: improving the recognition of the importance of the economical andintensive land use;carrying out reasonable standards for land; revitalizing the town stockland; improving the urban land supply; managing, controlling and together with regulatingto save the rural construction land.
