The most important factor to enter overseas market successfully is critical market analysis according to the political, economic, and cultural factors of each country, and then must set individualized investment direction and strategy. When the corporation enters a global market, there are some factors that affect the corporation’s expansion strategy selection. Regarding the factors such as corporation, industry, location and the other business specialty, the corporation must select the most effective exporting system, international contract system and direct or indirect foreign investment system that best suits for the corporation itself. The following report proposes some effective strategies, researched on failed and succeeded Korean small-medium business in China, to give guideline about entering Chinese market successfully.The first of all, the corporation must critically research and analyze the niche market and customer behavior of entering market in advance.Secondly, the application of standardized or Korean way of management can possibly fail in Chinese market; therefore corporation must understand its cultural environment and apply localized strategyThirdly, the market segmented and specialized local marketing is a crucial to target the market effectively, because of a considering the Chinese regional characteristics and various customer segments.Consequently, the small and medium corporations that planning to enter Chinese market successfully must cognize signification of localization and also analyze and study political, social, economic, cultural factors in advance.
