The Perspective Of Transnationalism On COCPD Studies

The full name of "COCPD" is Conference on Overseas chinese pioneering and developing in China. Now it becomes to be a large scale brand activity of the foreign talents and technologies importing in Hubei even in the whole China.This paper is my study on Huachuanghui from the quality and characteristics of overseas representatives and sites&circulation of Huachuanghui network and the achievements&experiences of HuaChuanghui.Under the direction of the Transnationalism theory, I finished the paper by using a lot of original Huachuanghui meeting materials.The first part is an analysis on the overseas representatives of the Huachuanghui.First,I analyses the characteristics of Huachuanghui by a wide range of measures of the location,the enterprises and the culture; First, I analyses the three characteristics of the overseas representatives:1.the characteristic of universality and concentration,and also the lever of the space flows is distinictive.Second,the diversity and the complexity of the group internal a characteristic.The detailed analysis of it is unfolded from the Gender& Transnationalism types.Third,the high-qualified human resource.the anysis of the human resource of the the overseas representatives shows the high qualification of them.The second part is the analysis of the Huachuanghui network.First is the definition of it:The network is in the charge of Chinese goverment,and focus on Huachuanghui.It’s a economic and Transnational network composed of many sites and connect the overseas representatives.second,it analyse the sites of the network and this paper regard the in-between sites as an engine.The engine promotes the smooth of the sites.The in-between sites of different characteristics proliferates the capital of the network by it’s own power,and other sites provided endless resources.Finally it analyses the circulation of Huachuanghui network.The economical of the network can be showed by the circulation of the information,capital and the technologies.The third part analyses the achievements and the experiences of HuaChuanghui in these ten years. In terms of the achievements,first,it advances the science development of Hubei province;Second,it promotes the economic development of Hubei province and also the career development of overseas Chinese.the important experiences of HuaChuanghui are giving full play to the government’s leading,emphasizing the pertinence of the work and guaranteeing the fluence of the network.Under the leadership of the goverment,the overseas representatives and the network make a small-scaled transnational circumfluence and join in the building of a lager transnational community on the basis of it.To improve the service and face to the future problems an challenges.Huachuanghui should make a preparation in advance from both the theory and the practice.
