Order Out Of Chaos:the Research Of Micro-blog’s Information Collection

The circulation of information is often accompanied by the generation of intelligence. As a half radio and half real-time interaction self-media, micro-blog is famous for its personal language style, grassroots and individualization. On such platform, everyone can express theirselves, which makes everyone has the possibility to give out information. At the beginning of the rising of the network, some researchers have focused on using portal website to gather information; In Web2.0era, some researchers have focused on the influence of new computer technologies to worked on intelligence collection; Now, media has socialized, it’s no longer a cold information dissemination system, behind which, it’s a crisscross network of people in a social relationship. By the relation, people can convey their respective experiences, promote the flow of information. Micro-blog, as one of the most popular social media, values network maintenance, and also values the transfer of information, with which, it’s convenient to form information network.This article analyzes micro-blog’s value of information from social network, takes advantages of micro-blog’s social quality and media quality to build human information network. The first chapter discusses research background, research content and related literature review; The second chapter, based on the basic theory, introduce the characteristics of information and human information network’s construction, and emphatically analyze the information dissemination mechanism of micro-blog, and the characteristics of information influenced by the mechanism.The third chapter based on the theory of Chaos, discusses the chaotic characteristics of the information on micro-blog under the relationship of the interaction. It’s the transition section from theory to practice. This article regards micro-blog as a chaotic information system with dissipative structure, analyzes the chaotic characteristics of micro-blog by three aspects: the intrinsic randomness, self-similarity and sensitivity to the initial value, explores micro-blog’s characteristics of open, nonlinear, far from equilibrium state, and achieving order through fluctuation. In the fourth chapter, choose the account of "Hunan TV’s2013Spring Festival Gala" as a case study, analyze the social net of341nodes which is related to the account, narrow the scope with the given index by social network analysis software--UCINET, find the nodes which are qualified, and good for information gathering, draw a information map.This paper discusses the value of information of micro-blog from two aspects of theory and practice, expounds how to use the micro-blog to mine information, and how to draw the "information map". Through this article, it’s able to find out the position and function of every node, which is connected to the central account in the chaotic micro-blog information environment, and draw the information map. according to the detection of the node on the map, can let the random information present an orderly state, shorten the time needed for information gathering, locate the most advantageous information.
