Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of economy and expansion of population, the original low-medium-speed rail system is far from being able to meet the needs of the daily travel. Combined with the constraints of land, energy and other resources, the fast speed of transportation as the less pollution, low energy consumption, comfort and safety transport get more and more attention. Therefore, the high-speed railway has been vigorously developed in our country in recent years and the CRH series EMU has become the main mobile devices in high-speed railway. The high-speed railway of Zhengzhou-Xi’an, Wuhan-Guangzhou, Shanghai-Nanjing, Beijing-Guangzhou has marked China’s transport entry into the new era.Although our country has built many high-speed emu lines, the theory and product research in this field slightly lags behind developed countries, due to the application and research of related systems started late. The existing mainstream traction calculation software by model and calculation method is mainly designed for normal speed railway. With the development of high-speed railway, this method does not apply to the work of the high-speed rail and EMU design. In order to play better function of high-speed EMU, it is necessary to built a new simulation software to the EMU, high-speed rail traction calculation and ordinary line traction calculation for the accuracy of the high-speed railway and the fine design, optimization the use of vehicles, formulation of reasonable run and improvement the operation quality and save energy etc.Based on the theory of traction calculation and the characteristics of the EMU, firstly traction calculation of the basic theory are introduced and the mechanics characteristics of the emu traction operation are analyzed in this paper. Then the key problems of the emu train operation mode, the optimization methods of EMU manipulation and automatic neutral-section passing device are discussed. According to the multi-mass of train stress model, EMU traction automatic calculation algorithm is designed. Based on the demand of train traction calculation software, the function of software are detailed designed including data management, traction calculation, phase breaking calculation and signal arrange, data output etc. Finally, the main function of system has programmed by VC6.0. The district from Wuhan to Changsha of Wu-Guang high-speed railway is taken as an example, the CRH3is chosen for testing the new system. The results are analyzed and the expected design purpose is achieved.
