The rapid development of the High-Speed Railway takes challenges for the wireless communication. The traditional communication system h AS many disadvantages such AS the signal Interrupt, the low rate and so on. The use of high speed LTE system can solve the problems of communication in High-Speed Railway. The LTE system introduces the key technology of MIMO, can greatly improve the channel capacity. Study on the key technology based on MIMO and processing algorithms need to establish appropriate channel model, simulation, to evaluate the system performance and algorithms. Therefore, the MIMO channel model research is very necessary.This paper mainly studies the MIMO channel characteristics and based on the correlation channel model. Firstly, this paper introduces the technology of MIMO wireless communication and MIMO channel model classification. And then introduces the Kronecker channel model, analysis of MIMO in the channel correlation. Then gives the various parameters of the channel which effect of MIMO channel capacity, and has carried on the detailed analysis of the simulation, the results show that MIMO can greatly increase the channel capacity. Finally, this paper presents an algorithm that improves MIMO channel capacity. the algorithm as obvious improvement effects on channel capacity in multi antenna number and low SNR conditions.
