In the era of Web2.0, user-centric, peer interaction, decentralization, and grass root involvement have become the main characteristics of network applications. The emergence of online social networks makes it possible to interconnectpeople’s actual social life with the Internet.People co-author on the Wikipedia, and cooperatively votedthe satisfactory answer in the Q&A site Quora. Moreover, with Web2.0being convergent with ubiquitous network environment, people are endowed the capability to solve the problem, create content and even create a service in a multi user collaboration manner. One of key issuesof multi user collaboration is to build user collaborative relationships. If we can help the user as soon as possible to establish a collaborative relationship, it will greatly improve the efficiency and user experience. Therefore, in this thesis, user collaboration behavior in the Web2.0network environment is focused. The new mode of user collaboration behavior is explored and the impact factors of user collaborativefrom the social network perspectives. Based on the research, the design of user collaboration platform can be piloted to promote the efficiency of co-UGS.The main contribution of this thesis can be summarized as the following two parts:On one hand, the Collaborative User Generated Services (Co-UGS) is proposed based on the requirement analysis for users of Web2.0and ubiquitous network environment. Based on user generated services (UGS) as well as its characteristics, the architecture of the Co-UGS platformwas brought forward. The key issues are outlined. On the other hand, in order to resolve the question how to establish the collaborative relationship quickly and efficiently in the Co-UGS process, we studied theimpactof user’s social attributes onuser collaboration organization.Firstly, the theoretical model of the Co-UGS was proposed, including Co-UGS generated environment definition and evaluation settings, judging rules as well as share threshold and create threshold determination. Secondly, the basic data set was introduced and the complex network characteristics and social attributes wereanalyzed. Thirdly, in simulation environment, the centrality algorithmis used to analyze the impact relationship between users’social attributes and user collaboration scale. The user’s degree centrality, betweenness centrality degree and closeness degree to thecollaboration scale are studied. The analysis results revealed thatscale collaboration is positively correlatedwith the user’s degree and closeness degree. Studied the Co-UGS network and found thatcollaborative users constitutes Co-UGS network, which has thehomogeneitywith original user social network, which means we can enhance user collaboration by improving the interactivity of all users on the Co-UGS platform. The results of this study have important guiding significance for the Co-UGS platform design, which can help users find potential collaborative partners, promote the user to reach a collaborative relationship more quickly, and improve work efficiency and user experience.
