Design And Implementation Of Message Application Based On Android

Android is the operating system based on Linux open kernel,which is released by Google in the November5of2007.This is an open-source system,which allows developers share the system resource to develop applications.Eclipse is famous for the free cross-platform integrated development environment (IDE).The subject of our dissertation is to design and achieve a message application through all the resources provided by Android platform.Our application take advantage of Android four components,resource manager and SQLite database to achieve synchronize and monitor system database,and also provide variety of themes and language packages.In order to meet the personalize need of customers,our application also design function like mark SMS,add favorite contacts and personalized contact notification.This paper first introduces the background of Android platform and the contrast of other SMS applications; then expounded demand analysis,overall design and realization of basic functions, feature functions and additional functions;at last, this paper proves the availability of our function from the point of testing.
