As the applications of the online HD video stream, the HDTVs and the digital home become more widespread numerous, the need of high transmission rate and signal bandwidth is increasing day by day. Owing to its high rate, wide bandwidth, strong security and unlicensed, the60GHZ millimeter band becomes the hot topic in industrial and academic area. Power control technology is of crucial importance to wireless communication systems, which occupied an important berth in the wireless resource allocation. This thesis is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China etc, and is quite significant to theoretic research and practical application. After the philosophies of60GHz mm-wave technology is studied and analyzed deeply, this paper focused on the wireless resource management. Taking into account the transmitting power is a valuable wireless resource, which also generate noise interference to other neighbor communication links and reduce the QoS of the communication system. By studying the transmitting power control, this paper introduced non-cooperation game theory to increase the60GHz mm-wave network throughput and reduce transmitting power. Each SINR threshold corresponds to a different modulation scheme and a different date rate. If we use the traditional non-cooperation game theory, all the users will keep their target SINR on the smallest SINR threshold, which will result in low network throughput. By thorough investigation of the60GHz mm-wave network characteristics, this paper proposed the multiple target SINR thresholds schemes. Through comparing the traditional algorithm, a novel multiple SINR thresholds based on sigmoid function is put forward. This new algorithm has the following characteristics:the FSR function is replaced by the sigmoid function, whose successful transmission probability is totally unrelated to the modulation and coding, but it fulfils the criterion of the utility function. Most important is the sigmoid function can choose different modulation and coding through adjust its SINR threshold value. In order to reduce the computation complexity, the other is a new unitary step utility function based arc tangent function model. This new algorithm has the following characteristics:the utility function which has physical significance is replaced by the arc tangent function, which owe the advantages of simple computing, small number of iteration, fast convergence speed and more practicality. This paper proved the existence and uniqueness of Nash Equilibrium point in those two proposed algorithms.By the model simulation and data analysis, proved the bit rate can be increased by those two proposed method with low transmitting power, which lengthened the mobile device’s battery life.
