Today, most of the web content is designed just for humans and computers to read, not for computer programs to manipulate meaningfully, machine-driven or automated services are required to facilitate access to the plethora of information on the Web. Semantic web is now emerging to announce precisely this issue, offers a vision for the future web, web information would have explicit semantic markup, which makes it easier for computers to carry out web information processing and integration automatically. When humans set up applications to collect dispersive web resource, process information and exchange messages with other applications, the ability of semantic web will in deed comes out. The most important web resource is those which supply services, Semantic Web Services(SWSs), users applications should be able to process those services automatically and meet users'requirement. As an important aspect of SWWs research and application, automatic semantic web services composition means that users are able to automatic discover, select, employ, compose and monitor services they are needed, automatically with their application.OWL-S is a W3C commended SWSs ontology markup language, which is meant to enable automatic semantic web services discovery, invocation and composition. OWL-S of a SWS describe the service function details and interaction methods.Automatic composition and dynamic analysis of composed semantic web services based on OWL-S are studied in this paper, the contributions of this dissertation are as follows:(1) Selecting Dynamic Description Logic(DDL) as the logic foundation of OWL-S process models. An OWL-S atomic process is described as a DDL action, which combines the dynamic execution and related static reasoning of execution conditions, and getting the operational semantics of OWL-S atomic processes;(2) Using Petri nets, which are good at modeling concurrent and distributed systems, methods to describe operational semantics of OWL-S services process, especially composite processes. The combining of Combined SWSs is based on the...
