With the continuous expansion of the Group’s business" scale and increasing number of enterprise customers, customer information management has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise development by relying on traditional manual solely. The enterprises raised requirements of management information in order to improve management level and efficiency as well as meet the needs of enterprise development. In addition, development environment of enterprise rapidly changes. If the enterprises want to stand in an invincible position, they have to rely on modern management ideas and means, thus mature customer management system is particularly important. Therefore, Weifang City media group needs the help of a comprehensive customer management system to complete a breakthrough in the quality and quantity of customer management.This paper describes requirements analysis, system design, as well as concrete implementation process of customer management system in Weifang City media group. First of all, we are familiar with and understand the work and business of Weifang City media group and we use scientific requirements elicitation method to get the demand of the Group’s customer management system on the basis of the previous. And then we analyze the system to determine the system’s basic functions need to achieve and the basic requirements need to meet. We determines that the system uses object-oriented technology and hierarchical development combined with the actual situation of Weifang City media group and optimizes and analyzes system as well as uses MVC framework for the overall design considering the basis of the existing equipment hardware level. We centralize heavy and complicated business processing modules and ensure clients seamless access. In database design period, according to the requirements analysis of data processing requirements, we designs and implements the related database and finally completes the development work of the customer management system of Weifang City media group.The system eventually achieves the corresponding customer management functions of Weifang City media group. The main functions include account opening function, transfer machines function, replacement equipment function, cancellation functions and query and search capabilities which enhances the group’s customer management to new height. It provides the statistical evidence for corporate decision-makers and managers and the basic demand for enterprise’s benign development on the basis of providing crud and data processing statistics for the common customers.After running and deploying of the system, it reaches the design requirements of the customer management in Weifang City media group. In the functional design, it meets the business requirements of group’s customer management and improves business efficiency on the basis of guaranteeing business and quality. In non-functional design, it basically realizes the system design requirements, and the performance, security, extensibility, reliability, ease of use, completeness and other aspects basically meets customer management work of the of Weifang City media group.
