The Design Of Safe Campus Network Video Monitoring Based On3G Technology

Video surveillance system is an important part of security system, which includes the front camera, transmission cable and video monitoring platform, and watches all monitoring sites directly mainly through the remote cameras and ancillary equipment (such as lens, pan-tilt, etc.), so, the situation of monitored place is good. This system is an advanced comprehensive system, which has strong preventive ability.Along with the rapid development of computer technology, image processing and transmission technology, and with the demand of people for the level of monitoring, the control system enhances unceasingly. The network video monitoring system has gone through three generations, which are the analog video monitoring system in the mid-1980-s, the digital video monitoring system of the late90s and the network video monitoring system at present, which is developing towards the direction of digital, networked, intelligent and integrated.3G network technology have been matured, which is able to meet various requests of users through a mobile network for video surveillance and it makes monitoring at any time, long-distance monitoring, remote control, integration of network video monitoring business form huge development potential. So, a video monitoring system, which is more intelligent and integrated, has always been the hot spot for the research.Starting from the demand of economic and social development, this paper analyzed the background and the necessity to create safe campus with the monitoring system and reviewed the development of the video monitoring technology and the present situation of the development of video surveillance business both at home and abroad. And the key technologies of this system are analyzed in this paper. And then this paper puts forward the basic principles, key problems, main functions, advantages and the characteristics of the construction of the campus safety. Finally, the video monitoring technology is given good application in safe campus construction plan which takes IanCheng sate campus construction as an example.
