Hospital has accumulated a large number of isolated data source in the process of informatization development."Information isolated island" which is general existence, has brought hospital clinical data analysis with a lot of bad influence. UIS can gather all hospital existing data resources through the database replication technology etc. and the standardized storage with reference to HL7, which will lay the foundation for persistence of data manage. Then. Microsoft EMPI is used to associate inpatient and outpatient patients with different dimensions, and to associate data from different systems. In this way, doctors can attain the patient’s diagnosis and treatment through their any clinic information and the inspection report, which ensures the integrity of the patient treatment information. To enhance the depth and breadth of data application, database of single disease is established on the basis of the UIS platform. By further clinical research and data analysis, we can afford clinic doctors the data which they concern:structured pathology report, structured image report, chemotherapy and endocrine treatment records etc. Every single disease database can provide more than500filter condition for the use of clinical data analysis, and the doctors can easily acquire the sample collection to conform to the scientific research through multiple perspectives screening, cohort studies, Venn contrast methods. The data from "information isolated island" to single disease database, ultimately through screening statistics, greatly enhance the value of clinical data resources.
