Displacement measurement technology has been widely used in people’s life and production, with the rapid development of science and technology, people have higher requirements on the accuracy, speed, stability, efficiency of the displacement measurement, and the displacement can be measured more accurately. There are many kinds of sensor that is capable of measuring displacement, the detector array is a kind of quadrant photoelectric detector, which has large photosensitive surface, fast response speed, high sensitivity, four quadrant detector has been applied to laser guidance, space communications and many other important areas. Array detector is the core device of the displacement measurement system.This topic comes from the actual project "high precision displacement measurement system", the project is divided into four research projects, they are hardware research of measurement system, system software research, system localization algorithm research and system error correction research, this paper completed the first part--the hardware research of measurement system.The paper firstly introduces the physical effects of array detector array and application principle of spot test, takes the principle of array detector measuring displacement signal as basis, then design the overall displacement test system, which is divided into three subsystems--data acquisition subsystem, data processing subsystem, power supply system, the paper also elaborates the design process of system hardware structure, including the subsystem device selection, circuit design, power supply analysis, mode and system in package signal connection which is to ensure the effective operation of the entire system. The system also considered interference, as well as the method for compensating system inhomogeneity.After the completion of the design, the performance of the system was tested, and experiments were carried out and the results were analyzed, system displacement measurement function was proved and the main index of the system was identified.
