Multi-target tracking of radar is important in radar data processing, When the radar observe the sea with the bridge, the Problem of occlusion will occur when the ships pass through the bridge, since the radar can’t get the observed data from the object-under track, it may cause the mistake and inaccurate tracking especially in recent years the accidents of Bridge Collision always occur, so the ability to implement reliable tracking of radar targets related to the safety of navigation of ships today, so the purpose of this paper is to make sure the sequential track when the track is interrupted because of the ship is under the bridge, that is to make sure the continuous tracking before and after the target interrupt, the paper mainly include two aspects namely multi-target tracking problem and data association problem of the track interrupt because the occlusion caused by the bridge.First this paper analyzes basic elements of the target tracking, including moving target modeling, tracking gate establishment, filter tracking algorithm.etc. Multi-target tracking technology also includes tracking gate rules, track initiation and termination, data association and other contents. Both data association and tracking algorithm is the core issues of the multi-target tracking technology,this paper analyzes several typical data association algorithm in multi-target tracking application. As well as for tracking targets in case of interruption caused by the loss track correlation algorithm and propose fuzzy association algorithm.In Tracking process the occurrence of occlusion will affect tracking algorithm whether can track the target accurately and reliably, it may cause the mistake and inaccurate tracking, when the occurrence of occlusion because of the bridge, the loss of the observed data will cause the interrupt of the track, in order to make sure after the occlusion to realize the correct association for the two tracks, in order to solve this problem, in this paper propose fuzzy dual threshold track correlation algorithm based on fuzzy theory, and forward and backward predication to associate the target track after track interruption.At last using computer simulation to verify the fuzzy association algorithm can resolve the problem of the data association of the track interruption.
