The submarine pipeline is one kind of pipeline which is laid under water or buried in the seabed of certain depth and used to transport oil, natural gas or water. With the continuous development of offshore oil (gas) field, submarine pipeline because of its continuous conveying, almost independent of environmental conditions, and the short duration of laying, fast production, easy management, and many other advantages, has become the major parts of offshore oil and gas development and production system. At the same time, regarding the safe and reliable operation of submarine pipeline has been drawn increasing attention.According to the statistics data, corrosion is one of major reasons leading to submarine pipeline failure. The corrosion of submarine pipeline is divided into internal corrosion and external corrosion. The corrosion protection technology of external corrosion of submarine pipeline is continuing to mature, but the corrosion protection technology of internal corrosion of submarine pipeline still weak relatively.This thesis is based on Real-time monitoring technology for internal corrosion of submarine pipeline subordinating to Corrosion protection and monitoring system design of LIWAN3-1gas filed, which is a subproject of Major National Science and Technology Programs in the’Twelfth Five-Year’Plan period. The Real-time Monitoring and Prediction Software System for Internal-corrosion of Submarine Pipeline id designed and developed to achieve the function of real-time assess the internal-corrosion status of submarine pipeline and the effect of corrosion protection as well as ensure the safe operation of submarine pipeline.Firstly, this thesis make some related research about internal corrosion of submarine pipeline, including typical environmental factors affecting the internal corrosion of submarine pipeline, corrosion trend prediction method for internal corrosion of submarine pipeline and corrosion level evaluation method, etc. Through the research, we master the characteristic of internal corrosion of submarine pipeline, and make a good foundation for the design and development of software system. Secondly, introduce the development tools and key technique of software system. Given this understanding, make a statement of integrated design of software system. We achieve the development scheme of software system through analyzing the overall requirements and functional requirements. And, fulfill the design database and optimization of efficiency, as well as make the statement of software UI, etc. Thirdly, descript each functional module of software system in detail. The software system mainly consist of data acquisition and processing module, historical data query function, current corrosion status query function, corrosion trend prediction function, event log module, database management module, monitoring equipment setting module, account management module, monitoring warning module, equipment search and debug module, etc. Finally, conduct a comprehensive software test, according to test plan.Through the above analysis, get the following results and conclusions:design the development scheme of Real-time Monitoring and Prediction Software System for Internal-corrosion of Submarine Pipeline, based on.net software development platform, and confirm the feasibility of the scheme by programming. Study and analysis the feasibility of internal corrosion trend prediction method of submarine pipeline, which based on theory of grey systems, and achieve the function by programming. Fulfill the development of each module in software system, which based on self-designed software system development scheme, then form a complete Real-time Monitoring and Prediction Software System for Internal-corrosion of Submarine Pipeline. The software system will provide a guarantee for real-time evaluation of the internal corrosion status of submarine pipeline and security status of operation.
