With the rapid development of computer science, the digital medical is gradual concernedby medical workers in widespread. Nowadays, the management information system in somelarge hospitals had already changed from the hospital management-center to the patient-center.EMRS (Electronic Medical Record System) is the main indicator and core component of theclinical information system. It also becomes the hot issue drawing attention by hospitals, research institutions, and medical software developers. Nurse’s workstation and doctor’sworkstation constitute the directly management to the patient. And the nurse’s workstation isepitomizing in the clinical service. Therefore, in this paper we focus on how to achieve highperformance nurse’s workstation electronic medical record system, realized a nurse’s workstationelectronic medical records system based on C/S three-tier architecture in.NET platform. At thesame time, the radio frequency identification technology will be used in the system. Applicationof the system aims to use computer technology to realize the daily work which has to bemanually completed by the nurses, such as transcribe doctor’s orders, execute doctor’s orders, implement nursing care plan and so on. This would not only reduce the workload of nurses andcut back the error rate, but also improves the work efficiency and avoids the informationomissions. And achieve the purpose of improving health care quality and enhance patientsatisfaction. The main content in this paper is as follows:Firstly, we introduce what is EMRS, and its development history. Through analyzing thesituation of today’s hospital information construction as well as the shortcomings anddeficiencies of paper-based medical records and combining with the electronic medical recordssystem’s domestic and foreign development present research situation and the trend in the future,to illustrate why we choose the topic and what’s the significant meanings.Secondly, we introduce some crucial technologies that we use in the process of research, such as WCF, Oracle database and NHibernate structure. Then focus on the overview of RFIDtechnology and how it works, prepare for the below research of RFID tags.Thirdly, in some hospital some errors occurred in distinguishing different patients by theirbed number, name or handwritten wrist strap. So in this paper we put the radio frequencyidentification technology into the nurse’s workstation electronic medical records system, and use RFID tags to identify the patient’s identity. It can reduce medical errors and improve the workefficiency of the nurses. Thus we found that tag collision problem would occur when the readerreads the information in the tag. In order to solve this problem, and identify multi-tags morequickly and efficiently, we put forward an improved anti-collision algorithm by analyzing abinary search algorithm in radio frequency identification technology.Fourthly, we build the framework of entire nurse workstation electronic medical recordsystem and realize the main business module of the system on the base of analyzing the systemcomprehensively and detailedly. The modules such as patient management module, doctor’sorders management module, secondary management module and care management module areshown directly. In order to ensure that the system is capable of stable and efficient operation, wetake unit testing, confirmation test, interface test and database CPU test. Finally, we summarizes the work done on this article, and look into the distance in the nextstep research.
