With the rapid development of science and technology in the information age,people want more intuitive description of microwave signals on different frequencybands in the production practice. At present, there is not yet a good method in the testof microwave signals on different frequency bands, and there is a big limitation of itsapplication in scientific research. According to the above problem, we put forward away to test microwave signals on different frequency bands. First of all, we use thesuperposition of frequency bandwidth signals and amplitude signal as pulsemodulation signal, secondly modulate original sound files of audio generator withmodulation signal, and then amplify the audio of the modulated signal output, finallyachieve the purpose of testing through stone analysis of the audio signal. This methodcan be more intuitive and convenient to convert superposition of the pulse signal intofamiliar sound signals, it has good feasibility by verified.This article uses microwave signal of different frequency band and amplitude asthe signal source to design scheme of drive circuit based on that multi-channel signalsource is controlled by LM3S9B92. The scheme can be divided into CPLD pulsebroadening, micro control server and the client three parts. CPLD pulse widening partis mainly used to detect the pulse signal, then to broaden the pulse signal whichqualifies demands to certain width, and finally to output it. Micro control server hasfront-end ports communication and serial port communication ability, it can collectaudio data by modulus conversion chip, transfer audio signal amplified in real timethrough the network, at the same time record, store and control the amplified audiosignal, and handle other related command operation which can control device. Clientis responsible for the user’s remote management of drive circuit, including monitoringcontrol of the audio amplified signal and the choice of switch, communication mode and signal source. locally, we use amplification technology to amplify audiomodulation signal and then broadcast it by speaker or listen to it by headphones.Main content of this article is based on LM3S9B92micro controller controlledmulti-channel signal driver circuit design, to realize audio amplifying ofmulti-channel signal source as modulation signal of audio amplifier, thus to achievethe purpose of microwave signals of different frequency bandwidth detection.1.At first introduce the theory of the technology involved in the designincluding IEE802.3LAN protocol, audio encoding and decoding technologyand audio amplification technology.2.The second main design hardware circuit involved in the system, includingstable and broadening circuit, amplitude modulation circuit, pulse broadeningcircuit, audio amplifier circuit and interface circuit.3.Finally, describe the software involved in the design, including CPLDsoftware, SCM software and PC software three parts. The first use of CPLDsoftware is for detecting pulse signal, the second use is broadening the pulsesignal detected which meets the demand to a certain width and then output it.The main modules of the microcontroller software are serial and networkcommunication control unit, audio real-time data acquisition and transmissionunit, real-time audio data storage unit and the local device control unit. PCsoftware modules include serial connection communication unit, network portconnection communication unit, device files storage management unit, deviceremote control unit, PC audio processing interface unit.The entire system is designed with a modular design. Firstly achieve the functiondesign of hardware circuit, one hand is for the audio signal amplifier circuit design,the other hand is for the micro processor control chip design. Secondly achieve circuitembedded with three parts in the software design and achieving the control of circuitwith the combination of software and hardware. Not only microcontroller C language,but also Verilog language is used as software language. Keil μ Vision, Xilinx ISEDesign Suite, Stellaris Development and Evaluation Kits and FressRTOSdevelopment tools are used in hardware development. Each module depends on eachother to improve the reliability and practicality of whole system.
