Hoist, ventilator, air compressor and water pump are fixed equipment that play a majorrole in the mine production environment, besides, their power consumption accouted for alarge proportion, the performance testing is a primary measure to ensure the safe productionof mines. As the excessive measured parameters and heavy workload of the data calculationin the process of acquisition, traditional measurement is difficult to meet the requirement well.In this paper, systematic study is carried on the detection of mine hoist, ventilator, aircompressor and water pump. Besides, this theis describes the working principle of themulti-function testing equipment and the basic knowledge related in the design process, andmainly fouces on the detailed analysis on key elements.According to the actual situation of the mine, the scheme that using one test instrumentto achieve the detection for the four devices is proposed. The multi-function detection systemconsists of sensors, tester instrument and PC testing system software, different sensors areadopted to collect parameters of different devices, and the tester mainly accomplished theacquisition and calculation of all kinds of the parameters during the work status for the fourdevices, PC testing system software is designed to complete the experimental data analysis,data storage, report output and performance curves draw to facilitate the observation of thework status parameters change.A novel of coordination control platform based on CPLD and DSP is applied in thisthesis. The main control unit of the tester adopts the16-bit MCU-TMS320VC5509A whichhas abundant resource and strong anti-interference ability produced by the TI Company, dataacquisition accuracy is increased with the16-bit high-precision analaog-to-digital converterAD7663. The hardware uses different category of signal conditioning means for differentsignals, and then the data acquisition and calculation section is completed by MCU, uses theUSB module of the DSP to achieve the communication between the tester instrument and hostPC. Software and hardware design is presented in this thesis, as well as the system schematic,so are the host computer system and the HMI design, the wireless transmission is taken intoconsideration as the special environment of the mine.After the field-debug validation, the advantage of the multifunctional equipment is asfollows: structure is simple and reasonable, low-cost, small volume, reliable performance, friendly human-machine interface. Experimental results indicate that the tester has improvedthe efficiency and veracity; it makes the detection for the hoist, air compressor, the ventilatorand the pump effectively, it satisfies the requirements of the mine production greatly and has agood prospect of application and promotion of value.
