With the extensive application of the Internet, online advertising is also increasing. However, online advertising has not be precise enough and come with some drawbacks. Location technologies consist of need the support of the client location technologies and without client support location technologies, this paper is to focus on without client support location technologies.By analyzing the IP Geolocation system (Street-Level Client-Independent IP Geolocation System), finding without client support street-level IP Geolocation System have some defects:inaccurate reference node, can not locate the closed network landmark, incomplete routing information, inaccurate routing information; Therefore, this paper proposes four modules:1.Landmark filtering mechanism, this module judge the landmark from comparing its network distance and physical distance;2.Mark the closed network landmark, this module delete the close network landmark through statistics, induction, calculation, integration;3.ITRG route acquisition algorithm, this module add the packet type and improved packet selection strategy;4.RRDR route repair algorithm for the shortcomings in the above system, this module improved routing information repair algorithm. The experimental results show that:using the new reference point filtering mechanism, mark the closed network landmark, and a single or joint use ITRG route to get algorithms and RRDR routing repair algorithm, positioning precision and accuracy of the system has improved.This paper not only optimizes the system’s theoretical work, but also it’s academic thought is relatively rare in online advertising service theory. We improved and innovative original IP positioning system, and improve the feasibility of the application of the system from theoretical research to practice.
