With the rapid development of wireless high-speed data services, broadband has become an inevitable trend in the development of wireless private network. The higher requirements, such as a powerful ability to command and dispatch, a higher requirements of fast system response capabilities, and a higher degree of security protection capability, are put forward to industrial users on the cluster private network system.In the cluster communication system, the voice service is the most important means of the command and dispatch functions. The higher real-time and easy operation short data services are supplementary services for voice. The video image not only reflects the truth directly and objectively, but also provides a strong basis for dispatch command to analyze the situation on the spot and make judgments.On the basis of the analysis of the demand for audio or video recording of broadband Cluster Command and Control System, This paper presents a solution based on the distributed audio and video recording system. But there is one problem, which is how to store the multimedia data and dispatch instructions of this system efficiently? To solve this problem, the paper designs and implements a custom audio and video recording control mechanism. With this mechanism, completion of the storage function obtains a reliable protection, through the coordination of the call control center with audio or video recording server behavior.First, in this thesis, the overview of broadband multimedia cluster system is introduced, at the same time, it points out the important position of the audio and video recording server in the system. Second, the significance of this study is analyzed briefly. After listing some relational techniques, the whole design framework of the audio or video recording system is given. And then, it focuses on the detailed design of the audio or video control protocol. Afterwards, the article explains the audio or video recording server specific implementation of the control plane, including the key functional modules, data structures, interface and class dependencies and other related content. Finally, with local unit testing and simulation environment test, the article gives the test results and the overall evaluation of the system, and further expansion and improvement of the system to make the outlook.
