With the commercial success of cloud computing technology, the research of cloud computing system has become an important direction. In the system, there is a variety of heterogeneous resources on different physical locations. And this needs Resource Management System on cloud computing platform which organizes them to form a unified pool of resources to provide different levels of service for multiple users. When users request resources, the ability of Resource Management System completing resource scheduling matches determines the quality of service provided by the entire cloud computing system. Therefore, the research of Resource Management System in a cloud computing environment has business value in the field of cloud computing. In this paper, through researching the trust model in the distributed systems and the resource scheduling algorithm in Resource Management System, a trust model based on reputation and group and a load balancing scheduling algorithm introducing the constraint of trust are proposed. And this algorithm considers the balance of system resource nodes’ load and resource scheduling service’s effectiveness. On the basis of the above study, the paper designs and implements a resource management system on cloud computing platform. The system is divided into two parts, the task management subsystem and the resource management subsystem. Then the distributed expansion of the system is designed and realized for the reliability and load of the entire system. And tests show that the resource management system meets the requirements of resource management in the Virtual Computing System on Cloud platform and achieves the intended purpose.
