With the rapid development of the mobile communication technology and Internet industry, wireless mobile communication has evolved from simple voice-SMS business to a rich mixture of different Internet services. This new phenomenon requires the future mobile communication systems have faster wireless access、lower network transmission delay、better support of data multimedia services、higher service QoS guarantee and the seamless network switch etc. That brings both difficulties and challenges to the design of the next generation of wireless mobile communication system.Limited radio bandwidth resource is one of the main factors that confine the wireless mobile communication system performance. As the rapid growth of global mobile subscribers and the high-speed data rate transmission needs by new Internet business, how to utilize limited spectrum resources efficiently becomes a urgent problem to solve in the next generation of wireless communication system design.As one of the key techniques for the next generation of wireless mobile communication, TD-LTE downlink data transmission system is designed based on OFDMA methods, while using the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM), adaptive modulation decoder (AMC), a multi-antenna input output (MIMO) hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) and other advanced technology. The TD-LTE system’s performance is much better than the traditional3G CDMA system as the core network. TD-LTE system’s key technical indicator is to provide peak transfer rate of100Mbps downlink and50Mbps uplink. LTE system has a flexible and mixed resource allocation and scheduling operations with time-domain, frequency-domain and code-domain, the communication system’s efficiency largely depends on the resource scheduling and allocation algorithm.Considering that4G technology has a rapid growing demand of new multimedia services, I have checked many latest relevant domestic and foreign papers and summarized a detailed analysis of their innovation and inadequacies, then I proposed a downlink transmission resource scheduling algorithm of TD-LTE system in this paper, based on a comprehensive consideration of the QoS requirements, the UE radio channel quality (CQI) buffer (Buffer) status, UE power limitations and district UE weights interference between the integrated scheduling algorithm. This algorithm can flexibly adjust the parameters configuration of various considerations, and easily add or delete unnecessary items as extension. Our algorithm can find out a sub-optimal ideal solution in a short period of time, select and sort the scheduled users in the time domain scheduling stage quickly and reasonably; in the following frequency domain scheduling phase, it can allocate physical RB resources more perfectly.This article introduced the TD-LTE system’s development process and key technique at the beginning, and then made a detailed description of the process and details of the algorithm. Under the support of TD-LTE system-level dynamic simulation software, we implement the simulation work to make this algorithm come true. Several classic scheduling algorithms are already existed in the software. So we draw performance comparison figure with Matlab simulation software to analyze the performance of the new algorithm. We can also compare the algorithm with itself to adjust it correctly.
