With wireless3G network technology matures and WIFI large-scale use ofmobile devices and mobile operating system Android, IOS’s powerful traditionalvoice communication services has been unable to meet people’s needs. All kinds ofbusiness in different heterogeneous network multimedia communication as a field hasbroad prospects for development, such as video telephony has also become a hot topicnowadays. Audio and video communication on the PC side have a very gooddevelopment, but development in the mobile space is variable, depending on thedevelopment of the network bandwidth, and mobile terminal hardware technologyand software technology. With the increasing development of software and hardwaretechnology and mobile network bandwidth, audio and video calls mobilecommunications market in the future will have broad prospects for development.The proposed SIP protocol and the rapid development of the field ofcommunication has become a mainstream communication control protocol, Androidsystem mobile phones all over the world share of approximately52%(2013), about90%share in China, therefore, this study SIP-based the Android platform audio andvideo communication makes sense.This paper first introduces the SIP protocol and other protocols in use throughoutthe system, and then the entire SIP-based the Android platform audio and videocommunication system architecture proposed two architectures program, a SIP clientaccess to the public network before the call IP options, one is to obtain the public IPSIP client before registration program, comparing these two solutions, and finallychoose the latter, combined with the relay server program can’t get the real IP foroverall system architecture. Next, according to the function of the system as a whole,the system is divided into five modules, with detailed analysis and design of fivemodules. Audio and video codec module hard coding techniques to extract the videoencoding H.264encoded stream, and give a detailed process analysis. Finally, thepaper summarizes the lack of analysis of the papers on the research to mentionconcurrent and multi-domain server group online outlook.
