Student’s Data Analysis System Based On Data Mining

This paper is based on data mining technique, uses student’s data to set up astudent’s data analysis system. This system adopts B/S structure, uses Microsoft SQLServer2005database management system and regards Dreamweaver as a designplatform in order to develop Web page adopting JSP database technology. In addition,analyze the student’s data using association rules when analyzing the data. At thesame time, student’s data analysis is based on three courses of GuangdongPolytechnic Normal University, majored in Chinese language and literature as anexample, using of student’s data analysis system to analyze the data of studentsmajored in Chinese language and literature at first, and analysis results using SPSSstatistical analysis software to confirm in order to prove that the feasibility andcorrectness of the student’s data analysis system, it can provide useful information foreducators using this mining system, assistant decision-making.The current student’s information management system is lack of ability ofcomprehensive analysis and assistant decision-making and there is no effective use ofstudent’s data in the past. We can apply the data mining technology into the student ‘sdata analysis system to establish a student’s information management system, mineand get valuable information, which provide the decision information for the students.It has guiding significance for the data mining technology’s application in the field ofeducation and it is also a kind of practice in the field of education. Therefore theresearch on this system not only possesses necessity, urgency and pertinency, but alsohas practical value.
