| With the rapid development of China’s economy, heavy-duty truck industry has made great progress. The customer has more and more diversified needs for the heavy-duty truck products. In this new situation, the traditional manual assembly process has been unable to meet the actual needs of the production. Heavy-duty truck industry urgently needs to develop the CAPP system for assembly processing. According to Jinan Truck Company affiliated to the China National Heavy-duty Truck Co., Ltd as the background, the paper introduced the design and implementation of the assembly CAPP system for heavy-duty truck. The paper introduced the design and implementation of the assembly CAPP system for heavy-duty truck.Firstly, the paper analyzes the system development background and the research status on CAPP system at home and abroad, mainly focuses on the Jinan Truck Company’s process design business. The paper makes detailed analysis of the assembly CAPP system functional and non-functional requirements in form of the Use Case diagram.Secondly, on the basis of the requirements analysis, the paper proposes the logic architecture and design of the organizational structure of the assembly CAPP system. According to the objectives and principles of the system design, the system uses B/S mode three-layer architecture. The system development uses the Microsoft’s.NET Framework, using the HTML, CSS, JavaScript technology for the web front-end application, the SQL Server2005for the background, and uses XML technology to achieve data storage and conversion. Finally, according to the functional requirements, the paper designs the organizational structure of the function of the system.Thirdly, on the basis of analysis of the system function architecture; this paper describes the detailed design of the key module of the system. The CAPP system is divided into six functional modules:the BOM management module, the process task management module, process resource management module, process design and management module, query and print management module, the system management module. To the system functional detailed design, the paper uses the static structure diagram in the UML model diagram to have detailed analysis of the relationship between classes in the key functional modules, and we have a detailed design to the database table structure.Finally, according to detailed design, the paper described the implementation of the interface and the main function modules of the CAPP system and the system test. Lastly, this paper briefly introduces the application of the CAPP system, and proposes further improvement recommendations.In conclusion, this paper takes the China Heavy-duty Truck Co., Ltd. Jinan Truck Company as the background, has a detailed analysis to the assembly process design requirements of the heavy-duty truck industry, designs and implements of the assembly CAPP system. At present, the system is running well in the Jinan Truck company, improves work efficiency, and creates a good economic and social benefit, and provides a good platform for the equipment manufacturing informatization. |
