The Design And Implementation Of Dweller Lowest Life To Ensure Information Management System For DongLi

Urban and rural minimum living standard scheme is a social relief system established by the state to solve the difficulties in the lives of urban and rural residents, and is an important element of Chinese characteristic social security system with Chinese characteristics in current conditions. On one hand, because of the substantial increase in the protection objects that the management work of minimum living standard is increasingly onerous, the work is more difficult, and need to further improve the efficiency of management; on the other hand, the staff’s low capability and low quality, and purely relying on the traditional manual so that labor-intensive operation, low efficiency and often in the overloaded state and busy payable state, it is difficult to adapt to the needs of the situation and tasks, affecting the healthy development of minimal assurance work. Therefore, we must change the backward way of working and management tools, and establish the urban and rural minimum living security work information management system as soon as possible.In this paper, we used UML modeling language, describing design and implementation process of the residents’minimum living security information management system in Dongli District by using case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and so on. Firstly, we introduced the background of the development of the system, and then described the system functional requirements by use-case analysis and use case diagram, divided the system function into six demand modules:application business, assistance audit management, fund disbursement management, special assistance management, street statistical analysis and query analysis. We designed the system architecture and program structure and described the detailed design of the system function by class diagram and timing diagram, pointing out the system database table structure and E_R figure and realizing function interface of the system, and described the process of partial functions by activity diagram, pointing out implementation code of partial functions of system, and finally we tested the system as a whole, implementing the residents’minimum living security information management system.The system used B/S structure, J2EE multi-tier architecture and MVC standard system. The system implemented the comprehensive computer network daily office management of assistance business, like E-approving of assistance business and relief fund disbursement management, the same time, established rescue information network to provide aid policy query, processing results announcement and other information services for rescue objects. It implemented the management system integrating with those residents’ living security business:urban minimum living standard, urban exceptional poverty, urban low-income, rural minimum living standard, rural exceptional poverty, rural Wubao, interim relief and rural low-income, providing an electronic platform for the residents’minimum living security information management in Dongli District.The residents’ minimum living security information management system in Dongli District used scientific and technological means to strengthen the management of minimal living work, improving the management level, and promoting the minimal living work translate from traditional backward management to scientific and standardized management.
