With the rapid development of information technology, informatization has become the first strategy of national development. There are some problems in current informationization process, such as high threshold, high price threshold, high power consumption, resource utilization of PC and other issues. The resources utilization rate of established cloud data center is relatively low. In addition, they are mostly unable to share cross-domain resources and information. Therefore, how to develop low cost, low power consumption, high reliable embedded multimedia thin client, how to use the proposed thin clients to get huge amounts of resources and services from the cloud data centers fast and accurately and how to make use of the calculation resources and storage resources adaptively and by demand are serious and realistic problems. Based on the above problems, the China International ICT Innovation Cluster put forward new informationization architecture of "cloud computing server+broadband network+multimedia thin client" as information pattern in Post-PC era.The research team from Shandon Univerisity conquered the thin clients of low cost, low power consumption, high reliable and service-oriented cloud computing dynamic resource sharing data center and etc. to develop the low cost, low power consumption and the cloud architecture information system. This article, from virtualization technology and distributed technology to the new information service platform based on cloud architecture, did comprehensive reseatch. The main contribution of the paper is as follows.Firstly, this paper studies high reliable LNMP cluster based on virtualization and load balance technology, sets up combined multi-cities cloud data center resources and implements the cross-regional, cloud architecture, resource sharing information service platform. To manage virtual machines in clusters, a B/S architecture management system is developed using libvirt supporting interfaces.Secondly, this paper studies Research based on distributed storage server thin client streaming media service system, solving the development difficulties of plugins which will produce low performance for thin client browsers. In this way, the media resources file system has the characteristics of scalability and security, responsing to the users’ request in real time and precisely as well. A cloud model of web data mining is proposed and the appropriate algorithms are explored. Experiment result shows that the web data mining cloud architecture model has remarkable advantages than traditional web data mining models.Thirdly, according to user’s habits, we build a one-stop information service platform based on virtualization technology, distributed technology and load balance technology, which can be pushed to users through information customization and automatic information service. More over, it is convenient for extension and third-party software providers to access.On the basis of the aboved works, this paper successfully develops a Cloud Architecture Information Service Platform (CAISP) System. This system mainly includes cloud computing server cluster and information service platform. The former provides the back-end guarantee for the later, which is the manifestation of the former. Users take advantage of web browser on embedded multimedia thin client to interface with CAISP, sharing calculation and storage resources provided from cloud services providers conveniently and accurately. All of the research constructs a new type of information system solutions.
