Design And Implementation Of Examination Management Information System For Undergraduates

The exam information management system is an important part of the Shandong University Senate system. Based on the experience accumulated by the system development experience of other projects and many years of manual examination arrangements, we developed this system by using advanced design methods and technologies. This made it effective to solve the low efficiency of manual exam-arrangement, not real-time information and so on, greatly reducing arrange a time to improve the accuracy of the examination arrangement.Combined with the actual demand, I developed most of the system functions by in-depth analysis of the Examination System and related key technologies. In this paper, mainly completed the following work:Describing the overall architecture of the examination management system. Contrary to the characteristics of the system and users, the system adopts the two architectures mode of B/S and C/S in form, while using the architecture of a multi-level software in function. Technically based MVC and Structs+Spring Framework and UIMS user interface management system architecture to the Java programming language, XML configuration and DAO, Hibernate and other related technologies to achieve the exam. In terms of security, the system uses the resource role-based rights management, enhanced security system running.After the system requirements analysis and detailed description of the system’s overall business and business processes, I describe the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements. In the detailed design of the system, I described the system design detailedly in these aspects of the examination arrange module design, class structure design, database design and others and draw a design class system and database model.In the achieve part of the system, I discuss the examination arrange algorithm code. Based on greedy method,1reseached Examination arrange algorithms and developed the corresponding modules to achieve the course, students, classrooms, teachers and variety of optimization under constraints in time and space, so that the results of examination arrangements can achieve a reasonable and practical exam-arrangement requirements.The system has been run successfully in the Undergraduate School of Shandong University Examination Branch and achieved significant results. Basicly meetting the school’s needs, this system has improved the efficiency of the management. And we still continue to develop related functions to make up for the deficiencies of the system.
