How to use the mobile devices, such as mobile phones, to carryout self-learning is one hot issue of the field in EducationalTechnology. mobile visual programming learning platform, is aelements graphical, schematically describes computer languagesand programming started learning tools. This tool can visualize thealgorithm code and generate the results, to help learnersunderstand computer language elements and programmingmethodology. The combination of mobile learning can enablelearners programming training anywhere anytime.Visual programming mobile learning platform is developed basedon the WinCE operating system. This paper bring out the implementprogram and demo scripts, console input/output function, and aagent of graphical representation. Change the coordinates of thewizard to show the program is running, allows more convenient learners’ cognitive of program code. In addition, by adding thesound file playback function, so that this platform can be veryinteresting in presentation. This makes the platform able to writesome teaching demonstration, increasing the broader range ofapplications. The platform is certain a practicality platform, learner-orientedand application implements. The paper describes the range suitablefor applications in the platform, as well as basic use. Also providesome cases of developpment procedures and reference. In summary, the visual programming mobile learning platform, code visualization allows learner put abstract symbols and syntaxaside. Make the language closer to the person’s way of thinking.Make the hierarchy of the code into image elements like puzzle. Sothat, beginners will not feel monotonous, increased interest inself-learning.
