With the rapid development of information technology, the exchange and transmission of logistics information becomes more and more important. Using the radio frequency identification technology and the wireless data communication technology, the Internet of Things has constructed a network covering all things on the basis of the internet. The information of an entity, such as the location, status and so on, can be managed and queried automatically through this network. The items will be able to communicate with each other without human intervention. The Internet of Things realizes the automatic identification of items and makes the internet to share information.Among a series of regulatory issued by the EPCGlobal organization, EPCIS is the key module of the Internet of Things system architecture. The IOT requires a plurality of the participation of enterprises, including suppliers, distributors, third logistics and so on.Each enterprise has its own information system and need to interact with each other more or less.But most of the Internet of Things Enterprise Information systems are based on the traditional distributed object technology,which have different communication protocols and data standards, so it is difficult to exchange information and integrate applications. This requires that each enterprise of the Internet of Things has loosely coupled application environment.SOA connects different functions of the application program in the form of service through a well-defined interface. Services are independent of the programming language, loose coupling and cross platform,which makes different systems interact in a general way and provides an effective solution for heterogeneous system integration.This paper makes a deep research on SOA technology and Web services and compares the realization of SOA technology, and then introduces detaily each module of the framework of the Internet of Things and the technology used when developing Based on the business of a garment factory, the paper has designed and implemented a clothing information release platform using Struts2+Spring3+Hibernate3framework and CXF framework. The information release platform mainly relates to the three subsystems, which are clothing information management system, clothing display systems, customer relationship management system and introduces briefly the three systems’s key modules, and publish the clothing information management system’s operation of obtaing the order’s clothing information and customer relationship management system’s operation of obtaining user information and creating user as service. System interacts in the form of service and solves the problem that system interaction is difficultThe information released of the service-based Internet of Things enterprises studied in this paper not only can be used enterprise information management system, but also can construct a loosely coupled application environment by using Web services. Besides, it also realizes data communication between the heterogeneous systems of enterprises, and solves the problem of information silos of the enterprise.
