Ultrasonic suspension bearing is one kind of motor learning is researching anddevelopmenting.The new type structure of the bearing system does not like magneticlevitation bearing,It is not easily affected by electromagnetic force, as long as the co-ntrolled has stable running. This kind bearing is high efficiency, wide application and havemany other characteristics.This bearing is very complex, Firstly the complex structure of piezoelectric ultrasonictransducer, It involves a lot of acoustics and mechanical lations and derivation of theorem.My paper made a part of the whole system of simplified processing and analog processing,so that the system model can be created more freely. Secondly, the bearing vibration controlmethod to do the thorough research, including the study of fractional order PID controlmethod andthe fuzzy fractional order PID control method research. In the study offractional order PID control method, the paper introduces the fractional order PID controlmethod is the basic theory of fractional order calculus and fractional order PID controllerand the digital implementation of methods and parameters change will affect theperformance of the system done in-depth discussion, and then combined with the model, anddesigned the fractional order PID controller on the system simulation analysis. In fuzzyfractional order PID control algorithm research, mainly introduces the fuzzy control theory,at the same time, the fuzzy control method is applied to the fractional order PID, common tocontrol the vibration of the bearing, the three of the fractional order controller parameters K_p,K_i, K_dfuzzy processing, the other two parameters n is mainly control system steady-stateaccuracy, μ mainly affect system overshoot, the two parameters is not added to the fuzzycontroller, fuzzy parameter to avoid too much, the corresponding time delay and otherproblems. Through Matlab to the simulation analysis, it can be seen that the fractional orderPID control algorithm to system decreased amount of overshoot and adjustment time shortenhas played a very good effect, can also be concluded that the fractional order PID controlalgorithm of parameter fuzzy treatment can effectively improve the control performance andprecision of the system, so the traditional PID control method to do further improvement and the development of advanced control theory for the future is of great benefit to thedevelopment and application of control theory.
