White organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) have attracted great attentiondue to their potential application in various lighting technology, such as backlight forflat-panel displays and illumination sources. A lot of efficient WOLEDs devices havebeen reported. OLEDs can be divided into top emitting OLED, bottom emittingOLED and Transparent OLED by the light direction. Transparent WOLED can beused in helmet display, car windshields display, high-end display, window display andspecial lighting.Frist,we designed a high-efficiency OLED。Structure of the OLED is ITO glass/NPB:MoO3(15nm)/NPB (25nm)/DOPPP (8nm)/POAPF (3nm)/PO-01(0.05nm)/POAPF (1nm)/POAPF:FIrpic (10wt%,12nm)/BmPyPB (36nm)/LiF (0.5nm)/Mg:Ag(15:1,120nm)。High-efficiency white OLED with maximum power andcurrent efficiency of50.6lm/W and40.3cd/A respectively, was obtained by combinedsuch hybrid blue device and ultrathin phosphorescent yellow emitter. At the practicalbrightness of1000cd/m2, the power efficiency of the white device was28.3lm/Wwith a low voltage of3.37V and CIE coordinates of (0.40,0.44). The excitonsrecombination zone was adjusted by the introduction of the fluorescent blue emitterwhich resulting a relative high color rendering index and power efficiency of thewhite device.Second,we designed a transparent WOLED,with the structure of ITO glass/NPB:MoO3(15nm)/NPB (25nm)/DOPPP(8nm)/POAPF(3nm)/PO-01(0.05nm)/POAPF(1nm)/POAPF:FIrpic (10wt%,12nm)/BmPyPB(36nm)/LiF (0.5nm)/Mg:Ag(15:1,15nm). The brightness of ITO side and cathode side are3543cd/m2and532.4cd/m2@5.5V, respectively. The maximum efficiency are21.2lm/W and3.35lm/W,and CIE coordinates are (0.399,0.427) and (0.344,0.381)@5.5V.Thirdly, we designed a transparent WOLED,with the structure of ITO glass/ NPB:MoO3(15nm)/NPB (25nm)/DOPPP(8nm)/POAPF(3nm)/PO-01(0.05nm)/POAPF(1nm)/POAPF:FIrpic (10wt%,12nm)/Bphen(36nm)/Liq (2nm)/Ag(18nm). The brightness of ITO side and cathode side are2528cd/m2and372.1cd/m2@6.5V, respectively. The maximum efficiency are16lm/W and2.8lm/W,and CIEcoordinates are (0.367,0.434) and (0.31,0.37)@6.5V, respectively.At last, we designed a transparent WOLED,with the structure of ITO glass/NPB:MoO3(15nm)/NPB (25nm)/DOPPP (8nm)/POAPF (3nm)/PO-01(0.05nm)/POAPF (1nm)/POAPF:FIrpic (10wt%,12nm)/BmPyPB(36nm)/LiF (0.5nm)/Sm:Ag(9:1,20nm). The brightness of ITO side and cathode side are2300cd/m2and1438cd/m2@10V, respectively. The maximum efficiency are10.8cd/A and6.9cd/A,and CIE coordinates are (0.367,0.434) and (0.31,0.37)@10V, respectively.Both side of brightness and CIE coordinates are similar because of high transmissionrate of Sm:Ag cathode.
