Through the appropriate image reconstruction algorithm, Electrical CapacitanceTomography seeks to reconstruct the distribution of permittivity in the measured objectfield using the measured capacitances, which are obtained from the sensor arrays laid onthe measured pipeline or vessel. Electrical Capacitance Tomography technique has theadvantages of non-invasive, anti-interference performance, fast in response, safety inperformance, simple structure and low in cost, so it has wide application prospects.The key issue of the ECT technology successful application is the quality of the imagereconstruction, which mainly relies on the image reconstruction algorithm. This article ismainly for direct three-dimensional image reconstruction algorithm to conduct research,completed the following aspects:Traditional Landweber iterative algorithm has a good reconstruction results in2DECT image reconstruction, but the result is not satisfactory in the direct three-dimensionalimage reconstruction. Therefore, the author improved the traditional Landweber iterativealgorithm proposed a new Landweber iterative algorithm combined with fuzzy thresholdsegmentation effectively eliminates edge blurs phenomenon of the image reconstruction.The iterator class algorithm for solving the inverse problem of ECT imagereconstruction has a good effect. Traditional Landweber iterative algorithm in the imagereconstruction of three-dimensional ECT is slow, in order to speed up the convergence, theauthor proposed a new algorithm called improved LSQR iterative algorithm, andcomparative analysis of the new algorithm with traditional Landweber iterative algorithm.Finally, the finite element simulation software is used to verify the validity of the twonew algorithms. In order to verify the ability of the algorithm reconstruction and noiseresistance, using noise or noise-free in the data for image reconstruction. By errorevaluation parameter analysis of the two algorithms convergence speed as well as thereconstruction of the direct three-dimensional image reconstruction quality.Direct3D ECT technology as the News of the ECT technology development has abroad application prospects in the field of industrial process imaging. The direct3D ECT image reconstruction algorithm as a direct three-dimensional ECT technology criticalsuccess factor has great research value.
