The Design Of Music-Frequency Electromagnetic Vibration Physiological Information Feedback Treatment System

In the rehabilitation therapy and adjuvant therapy, somatosensory vibration music therapy has become a new means. But the current system of music therapy for patients evaluates the therapeutic effect just by the feeling of questionnaire survey, and the quantitative aspects of evaluation index has not been related research. This paper presents a feedback system of music therapy, and designs a audio vibration driving circuit.It includes extracting low frequency acoustic hardware filter and software filter unit, driving circuit, etc. Automatic detection method of physiological indexes (skin temperature and skin impedance) was studied, In addition according to the actual need the management system of PC has been designed.In order to pick up the low frequency component from the audio source and translate it into vibration, the audio frequency vibration driving circuit was designed. Advantages and disadvantages of peaceful coexistence in hardware filtering software filtering has been studied. The advantage of software filter is that the filter effect is good, but the design process is complex and cost is high. While the hardware filter is realized mainly by resistor and capacitor, and the cost is low, but the filtering effect is worse than software filter. Taking everything into consideration, System Uses hardware filtering, that is because it can not only realize system function but also can save the cost.In order to collect real-time physiological parameters of the body and communicate with pc, physiological indexes (skin temperature and skin impedance) of automatic detection and communication function were studied. Collection of skin temperature by traditional four-wire system, four electrode method will be used to collect skin impedance. It means that using two pairs of electrodes, a pair of sensitive electrode and a pair of electrodes. The excitation electrode the implantation constant safety current. Sensitive electrode is used to pick up the corresponding voltage signal. And finally the function of automatic detection and serial port communication has been succeed.In order to manage information to visitors, the database management system has been studied. System uses the ADO technology to realize VB access to databases of ACCESS. And finally the visitor information management and the communication with pc have been succeed.Tests of this system shows that the software system of pc can meet the requirements of the hospital’s efficient management, the system of detection can meet the acquisition of physiological parameters, the vibration module has certain therapeutic effect, and the whole system can realize the basic function of system.The system can be widely used in psychological clinic, rehabilitation therapy, and pressure relief center and other departments, and the application prospects of this system is very broad.
