General Detector Of A New Automatic Light Adjustment For CCD Camera System

The thesis introduced the overall design and system components of a new automatic light adjustment for CCD camera system,especially about the electric control part and the optical system design.The device can produce uniform light distribution and improve the detection of light intensity response,so make the detection more quickly.This device achieved computerized based on MCU and serial port communication.The light source and illuminance sensor can change in different conditions. Under the control of MCU,the output signal of the detector is amplified by a current amplifier and collected by an A/D collector, then the optical signal is transferred to digital signal,which communicate with the computer through the RS-232serial port. After computer processing,we can get the required illuminance.To compare the illuminance value and the target illuminance value,then remain the light intensity in the required illuminance, in order to provide the standard light source.The thesis analyzes all parts of the system about design and function implementation.It also summarizes the generation of uniform light source,the structure of the optical system and adjustment method of measurement and control system.
