To provide dynamic digital Porcelain on the network model, to show theshape and color of porcelain on arbitrary angles, to a certain extent, will promotethe development of network sales and improve its economic efficiency. In thispaper, using structured light3D measurement technology to rebuild the porcelainshape On this basis, to rebuild the porcelain color, on the basis of thisreconstruction, to realize the accurate reconstruction of the shape and color, andtake advantage of the the Java3D generate interactive files embedded in Webpages in order to achieve the porcelain network dynamic display.First, this paper given the structure of the shape measurement device; Forthe porcelain surface of colorful, and high reflectivly characteristics, in order toreduce the coding of light interference, using binary Gray code encoding; As toensure accurate decoding, using the normalization method for image binarization,the binarization effect verification experiment on the porcelain surface. Based onthe above method and device for a variety of porcelain surface measurementexperiments, qualitative and quantitative evaluation of measurement accuracy.Secondly, the use of color images to obtain the information of the color ofthe porcelain surface, combined with the previously completed shapereconstruction results Java3D runtime environment for the comprehensiveredevelopment of the shape and color. Reconstruction process, the design spacepoint by point coloration method, ensure that the shape and color of the pixelcorresponds to accuracy. By a variety of porcelain surface coloration colorreconstruction experiment, and the map coloration reconstruction results, analyzethe color accuracy of the reconstruction.Finally, the comprehensive redevelopment of the data based on shape andcolor, the use of the Behavior class in Java3D reconstruction porcelain model ofan interactive keyboard and mouse operation, Compile the generated interactive file is written to the HTML file, HTML file embedded in Sohu’s website, toachieve the client interactively browse.The proposed method and device for the porcelain surface shapereconstruction experimental results show that:850~960mm depth range, theshape of the measurement error of0.8mm, the accuracy of measurement was0.1%; Reconstruction of the shape and color of the porcelain surface are real,detailed, and the same visual effect with the measured surface.
